Live your potential.  Find your joy.
South Denver Women's Therapy

We all face traumas and hardships.  As a women's trauma specialist and a specialist in women's issues, every day I see how much emotionally painful and traumatic experiences can change us.  Living with emotional pain is hard.  It changes how we think and behave, and it colors our perceptions.  Emotional pain is frequently a barrier between us and the life we want to live.  But you can change this path:  you don't have to live a life dictated by emotional pain and trauma.

I approach my work with a clear understanding of the unique ways that women cope with and process challenging circumstances.  My approach is individually tailored to you, taking into account how we, as women, experience stress, anxiety, and pain.

Drawing from 15 years of experience, extensive training, and an expert therapeutic skill set, my approach is relational and attachment-based.  I am also a comprehensively trained EMDR therapist (trained in 2007), and I utilize mindfulness-based therapies, including DBT.  I have years of experience helping women successfully transform trauma and overcome personal challenges.
